ArrowXL, the UK’s largest and longest established 2-person home delivery specialist, has been awarded a contract by Ebac, the washing machine manufacturer and world leader in dehumidifier design and technology, to deliver washing machines to households across the UK.
Ebac is a British company which designs and manufactures dehumidifiers, water coolers, air source heat pumps, and washing machines. ArrowXL will distribute their washing machines across the UK.
Andrew Jordan, Procurement Manager at Ebac, commented: “We chose ArrowXL as our delivery partner because of their excellent reputation for customer service and experience with large white goods. As a company we are looking to improve lead times and provide more choice and convenience for our customers. The ArrowXL offering does this with their nominated delivery day option.”
Customers will be offered a six day per week diary service and will be able to nominate a convenient delivery day. Delivery teams will disconnect the old machine, connect the new one, remove unwanted packaging and recycle any unwanted goods.
