Two British airports – Gatwick and Manchester have been ranked amongst the worst in the world in a study published by AirHelp. The study rated airports based on three factors: on-time performance, service quality, and food and shopping options.

The top of the list is reserved for the airports in Doha, Qatar, Tokyo, and Athens. Experts say Athens is a surprise and explain its third place with the good weather in the country that means there are fewer delays. The highest performing British airport is the one in Bristol.
Easyjet and Thomas Cook are the two worst airlines according to the report.
