More than 1000 stores from different chains have closed down during the last two years thus transforming the UK’s High street.
At the same time more companies are planning to use insolvency to avoid collapse, the FT reported.
One of the reasons behind this trend is the pressure many high street shops are under to cut cost while footfall, the amount of people going to the shores, has decreased by 2.1%.
