Tom co-founded Bloom after five years of development, asset management, and investment experience FTSE 100 REIT SEGRO. He was also CEO and Co-founder of a data analytics PropTech start-up named GeoHood with Antler VC, and has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Tom is obsessed with all things e-commerce, last mile logistics, q-commerce, warehousing and PropTech.
Bloom was formed by Tom Davies and Sam McGirr in July 2020 with a mission to transform under-utilised real estate in central London into ultra-urban industrial and logistics space to enable its customers’ businesses to thrive. Bloom currently has a portfolio of six industrial estates in inner London totalling 210,000 sq ft of deliverable lettable floor space once the business plans have been executed.
